CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/Lates/ No Shows/ Sick Policy Cancelling your appointment in less than 24 hours notice will result in a 75% of your service fee. I absolutely get life happens and am as understanding as they come I just ask that you give me as much notice as you can. Anything more than 15 minutes will more than likely result in me not being able to do my best work and does not allow me to provide the best experience so if you’re going to be last get in contact asap so we can figure it out other wise you will be charged as a NO SHOW Not showing up to your appointment will result in the same 75% charge of your services. There are ample reminders sent out up to a week in advance Rescheduling more than 3 times with me for the same appointment will now require a 50% deposit to hold your next appointment PLEASE BE SYMPTOM FREE 48 HOURS BEFORE REBOOKING / ENTERING SALON
