CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/Lates/ No Shows We understand life happens , without a 24 hour cancellation notice you will be charged 75% of your service. Being late to your appointment does not give me enough time to do my absolute best and I will never rush anything that I do as that compromises the quality of my work ! If you show up to your appointment later than 15 minutes [ especially without a phone call/text ] I will not be able to accommodate your appointment for that day and you will be charged as a “ no show” . PLEASE BE SYMPTOM FREE 48 HOURS BEFORE REBOOKING / ENTERING SALON
